Our ambition to offer a different kind of service is illustrated by our strong and recognized expertise in Teamcenter (Siemens), which allows us to adress all the issues and activities of a PLM project. As a single point of contact, we support our customers from the scoping and design of the PLM solution to its implementation and support, including training, change management and project management.

Scoping workshops are the foundation of any successful PLM project. It is an essential step at the beginning of the project, aiming at gathering needs and requirements. It also involves understanding the various business processes. Our understanding of the industry, combined with our technical expertise, allows us to advise our customers in making the most appropriate choices, while taking into account their feasibility. We can support you throughout the whole specification phase.

At the end of the scoping activities, the solution architecture consists of designing the business processes into the solution. Taking into account the needs and requirements gathered, as well as its maintainability, we propose the most relevant solution by sizing the functional scope (choice of modules and functionalities, standards or need for specific developments...). Once the design has been completed, we are in a position to set up and deploy the solution, in line with best practices and our experience.

The system architecture makes sure that the installation is reliable and meets the needs and expected performance. From the design of the technical architecture to the installation and maintenance of the Teamcenter solution, we are able to support our customers throughout their entire PLM project, in the IT and security context of their environments (complex contexts, security requirements, performance optimization...).

Specific developments allow to have functionnalities not offered by the Teamcenter standard solution. By having developed a common base for all specific developments, we are able to offer our customers stable and efficient tools. The benefit is twofold: it not only reduces development time, but also the risk/cost of upgrading. Whether designing new developments or optimizing existing ones, we can support you in all your specific needs (interfaces with third-party applications, reporting, BI database management, etc.).

The project manager's role is to ensure the progress of the project, while monitoring objectives, resources (human and material), planning, budget and requirements. At the same time, the project owner support advises and makes proposals to meet project objectives and customer requirements. By placing the customer's needs at the heart of the project and of our concerns, we aim at steering the project to success, for the satisfaction of our customers.

The success of a PLM project depends on end-users accepting and embracing the solution. Whether it is during the implementation of the tool, a change of version or the arrival of new employees, we are by your side to offer you relevant training (Teamcenter and NX) and personalized support in change management (business workshops, creation of training materials, etc.).
