After 8 years as a solution referent in various ESNs, Christophe wanted to offer PLM services according to his own vision. In January 2018, surrounded by a loyal team, he founded Astate PLM. Since then, he has been in charge of executive management, including strategy and development.

After ten years in project management in industry, Christophe joined the team in June 2021. His business experience, particularly in Manufacturing, has given Astate PLM a strong business vision. His commitment to the team also gives him an operational leadership role.

After ten years in a consulting and assurance company and then in Industry, Charlotte has been the company's CFO since January 2018. Her business experience and a PLM training also allow her to support our customers through project management, change management and training.

In November 2018, Vincent joined the team as a solution architect. Vincent has a particular appetite for functional animation, and excels in conducting business workshops, analysis and coaching. Vincent is also our methods manager (specification and implementation methodology).

As a solution architect for the past ten years, Thibaud joined Astate PLM in September 2019. His excellent mastery of the tool and its capabilities, as well as his constant quest for expertise (technical optimization, automation...) make him our technical manager today.

Yannick joined the company in October 2018. With over 20 years of experience working with the Siemens Teamcenter solution, Yannick has acquired strong technical and functional skills in both TC Enterprise and TC UA. Today, Yannick is able to support our customers in all phases of a project.

Pierre-Emile has been working as an implementation consultant for over 10 years. His strong knowledge of implementing a Teamcenter solution allows him to take into account both technical and functional requirements in responding to user needs. Pierre-Emile joined Astate PLM in May 2018.

In March 2018, Stéphane started the adventure with Christophe. For over 20 years, Stéphane has been working in the world of PLM, especially as a developer. His years of experience in both computer languages and applications have made him our expert in the field.

Nicolas joined the company in June 2020. As a PLM solution architect, Nicolas diversified his technical and functional skills to support one of his customers in digital continuity as part of the implementation of Opcenter MES (Siemens Manufacturing Execution Systems).

After 5 years in an ESN as a consultant, Jocelyn joined Astate PLM as a solution architect in May 2023. His experience in a support team has given him a very good knowledge of the tool (rich client and AW parameterization, incident resolution).

Antoine has been working in the PLM world for several years, and joined the team in June 2023. As a developer and consultant, Antoine has significant experience of Teamcenter web client, AW. His appetite for research has led him to explore the tool in search of innovative technical solutions.

After 6 years with the solution publisher Siemens, Clément set up his own business, Novelmind, in 2016. As a true business partner, he brings all his experience and knowledge to the Astate PLM team from the beginning. Clément has an excellent mastery of solution architecture and specific developments.
Denis LAFFILE
System Architect
Denis spent 11 years at the solution publisher Siemens before setting up his own company in 2018, Sevencurve. Working as an associate alongside Astate PLM, Denis is a recognized expert in system architecture. He is able to support our customers on all security, performance and infrastructure issues relating to the installation of a Teamcenter PLM solution.
